Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.

Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
